The Fulbright Scholar Programs offer a wide range of educational and cultural exchange opportunities to U.S. citizens as well as citizens of other nations. Fulbright exchanges are U.S. government programs administered through the Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and the Department of Education's Office of Postsecondary Education. They are governed by policies and procedures established by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
