The next call for proposals is expected in Fall 2013

In 2001, our office established the New Initiatives/Seed Grant Program to give life to bold ideas in outreach and international programs. So far we have awarded over $1,250,000 to 154 diverse programs across the UC Davis campus.

We request proposals that will foster new and creative programs related to:

• International research, educational and academic outreach activities and programs

• Continuing, distance and lifelong learning and academic engagement with the broader society

Funding ranges from $5,000 to $15,000 per proposal.
