2008 call is now closed. The next call is likely to be Fall 2009.
Seven years ago our office established a Seed Grants for Outreach & International Activities fund to stimulate new and creative initiatives in these two critical areas. So far we have awarded over $1,000,000 to 108 diverse programs across the UC Davis campus.
University Outreach & International Programs (UOIP) requests proposals that will foster new programs and initiatives related to:
1) University outreach (continuing, distance, and lifelong learning, and academic engagement with the broader society), or
2) International activities (international research, educational, and outreach programs).
Funding will be awarded from $1,000 up to $10,000 per proposal.
Preference will be given to proposals that:

Proposals will only be accepted from members of the UC Davis faculty and academic personnel.
